Foundation
A fund for the maintenance of the Europe School was set up by the Brothers of Christian Schools, a male Catholic order. The management of the foundation is conducted by the Board, headed by Prelate Geza Valentiny. A supervisory council monitors the legality of the activity of the foundation. The foundation is a "non-profit" organization, which means that all income will fully return to the fund and into the school. This is why the Board sets the tuition fee on an annual basis. A further responsibility of the foundation is the full maintenance of the school, including: the upkeep of the building and the premises; the purchase of the necessary teaching and operational resources; the expenses of the management; the employment of Hungarian teachers, (the Austrian teachers are recruited and paid from Austria); and the employment of the afternoon care team and the technical and administrative staff. The foundation ensures that families in need can be supported.

Tuition fee
The Austrian-Hungarian Europe School Foundation is a 'non-profit' foundation. The foundation itself has no revenues, and therefore relies on the contributions of parents.
The tuition fee for the whole year 2009/2010 amounts to 358 000 HUF.
It is also possible to pay the tuition fee in instalments.
The amount for the afternoon care (until 5 p.m.) is 215 000 HUF.
